بيان د.راغب السرجاني بعنوان الثورة المصرية في عنق الزجاجة، حول الأوضاع التى تشهدها مصر في الاونة الاخيرة قبل الإعلان الرسمي عن نتائج انتخابات الرئاسة يوجه فيها كلمة للمجلس العسكري ويحذر من تزوير النتيجة، ويرفض جملة قرارت المجلس العسكري من حل البرلمان المنتخب والإعلان الدستوري المكمل ويطالب الثوار بالاعتصام لحين تحقيق مطالب الثورة
